The Challenge
In Honduras you’ll come across a number of entrepreneurial ventures including thousands of local corner stores selling basic necessities like rice and beans to their communities, tradesmen offering their carpentry, mechanical and electrical services, cafes with quality and locally produced coffee, market shops with traditionally woven textiles, and much more.
There is a rich entrepreneurial ecosystem country-wide, but many businesses fail within their first year because of factors such as poor financial management, lack of access to capital, and weak market linkages.
Our Solution
We offer 3-6 month immersion programs through our Business School where our coaches train individuals on how to launch, grow and sustain their own successful businesses.
Our program is designed to take entrepreneurs from concept to launch by implementing a program that is highly accessible—including to those with little to no formal education—and is designed around a variety of learning styles to encourage maximum engagement among participants.

Therefore, through our 3-6 month immersion programs, we seek to not only train and develop entrepreneurs, but to also foster a culture of community and support among them.
To do this, we provide ongoing mentorship, host additional workshops and provide meetup opportunities for our entrepreneurs to get together and communicate in a safe space about the different trials and triumphs they face in their lives and businesses.
The goal of this community is to encourage continuous growth and open up communication between our entrepreneurs so they can find solidarity among one another and have others to share their experiences with.
