Honduras Packing List
These are meant as a guide, we recommend packing light.

ESSENTIALS:
Passport (double check to it’s valid for AT LEAST 6 months)
Cash (helpful for water taxies, tipping and small transactions)
TRAINING:
Reusable water bottle (there are large water coolers on site so you can refill it)
2-3 Lightweight gis (3 gi sessions)
Our first 2 gi training sessions are close together and might not allow enough time for laundry services in between.
The hotel has laundry services available at a per-lb rate. Laundry pick up is in the hotel reception in the morning and it will be returned to you in the afternoon.
BJJ Belt
No-Gi gear (3 no-gi sessions)
AROUND TOWN:
Reef-friendly Sunblock
1 pair of Sneakers
1 pair of Sandals / Flip Flops
2 Bathing Suits
Hat
Sunglasses
Lightweight, breathable clothes for 4 days: Shorts, pants, t-shirts, tank tops, undergarments
Light jacket for breezy nights
Semi-dressy outfit (there are both low key and fancy restaurants)
T-shirts/tank tops – exposure to the sun is actually the biggest problem so consider light materials that cover you up
Socks and underwear
OTHER
Small backpack or something to carry items daily
Needed medication
Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.)
Aloe vera (for sunburns)
Underwater camera and batteries
Snacks that you might want to bring
Hand sanitizer
Wet wipes
First aid kit – (Pepto/Immodium, Tylenol, and other pain killers, Benadryl, Cortizone/anti itch cream, Neosporin)
